TRANSACTION FEES

Monthly – $99/month 
Includes website, CRM, transaction management software, Intranet; Support from Mentor, Broker, and Office Team; Office use – client meetings, events
Transactions, per side per calendar year
(resets on Jan. 1 each year) 
- First Transaction: $2,250 
- Second Transaction: $1,250 
- Third Transaction: $950 
- Fourth Transaction: $750 
- Fifth & beyond in the calendar year: $300 each
NOTE: Referrals, commercial and business sales, and leases will incur a 10% charge (referral fee will not exceed current transaction side fee) 
Errors & Omissions (E&O) 
Per Side: $175/transaction 
Deductible: only $1,000 paid by you
(Total $10,000 - $9,000 paid by broker/URE) 
Attorney support included as needed
Transaction Coordinator 
In-House: $495 per transaction side (includes compliance review) 
Your Own: $100 per transaction (for compliance review)

Meet Jim Long, Broker/CEO

While I would rather talk about my wonderful wife and sons or the amazing agents and broker associates we have, you probably want to know about me.  
My life is summed up by one word: blessed.  I look back at my 20 years in human resources, my years in operational management, my educational pursuits, the start of my real estate career in 2010 and growth of our brokerage, and my family who has supported it all.  I couldn't have done any of it without God, my family, and the agents and broker associates who choose URESD.
"It's hard out there - it should be easy here."  That's been the cultural focus of my work as the broker.  
I hope to meet you so I can learn more about you and how we can make it easier for you.
